It does its job (very well actually) - contrary to all 'nay-sayers.' As a long-time user I have never, ever, had the product malfunction. It works flawlessly. Twice I have had to contact them (years apart). Both times they responded helpfully and appropriately and in a reasonable time period. So, customer service and their product receive top marks.
I am still adamant about the 'limited lifetime' approach to purchased software. My perspective - I bought it, it is mine to use/install and re-install on one computer for as long as it meets my needs. I'll buy a newer version if and when I want to buy it - and not at a time determined by the manufacturer. So, one star lost for that.
I will remain a customer and will - at a later time -purchase a new version of the software (when I choose to).
Bull! this program is absolute garbage. It has too many false positives. No way to tweak the search comparison settings. The company who sells it is likely to have a relationship with malware creators due to the way they spam you with emails. They charged my account for update I didn't order and had to dispute to get money back. The software is always reaching out to their server and checking your version so they can spam you for another upgrade or send adds inside the app. Save your money.
